Optometry, Bradford, ON
Optometry visits should be a part of your overall health plan. We proudly serve the Bradford area with care for all ages!
Here at Dr. Miller & Dr. Tilis Family Optometry, we are proud to offer a variety of optometry services to our clients in the Bradford, Ontario area. We believe you’ll enjoy the experience of coming here for everything from routine eye exams to LASIK pre- and post-op exams. Our relaxing lounge area with guest wi-fi and Keurig coffee is designed to make you feel at home, which goes well with our philosophy of treating your family like our family.
We recommend that the practice of seeing an optometry professional should begin at a young age. Our pediatric eye exams are designed to check the development of the ocular muscles, optic nerve, and retina. This can be done for the first time at six months of age and should be repeated once a year. You should also bring in an infant who has an eye turning in or out, exhibits a white pupil or red eye, tears excessively or has rapid involuntary eye moments (nystagmus). If a toddler complains of eye pain, headaches or vision issues, this is also a reason for an optometry visit. Prior to beginning school, an eye exam should be completed so that your child doesn’t struggle in school because they need vision correction.
The same care that our optometry staff gives to infants and children is also given to adults and those reaching retirement age. We do more than determine if there is a vision issue – our exams are thorough for complete eye health care. If you would like to know more about how optometry should be part of your overall health plan, give us a call to schedule an appointment.
